Lee “The Speed Guy” Taft is highly respected as one of the top athletic movement specialists in the world. The last 30 years he has devoted a majority of his time to training multi-directional speed to individuals of all ages and ability.
Some of his clients include top performance coaches and fitness professionals from around the world. His innovated approach to training has impacted how athletic movement speed is taught. Lee brought to light the importance and fine points of Plyo Step, Hip Turn, Directional Crossover Step and Athletic Stance. According to Lee, speed and agility done right is all about making sure we combine the natural movements athletes have with effective and efficient body control to maximize speed and quickness.
With Lee’s highly dynamic Full 2 Day Workshop, you will not be sitting in a chair all day listening to someone speak. Lee will involve you in a learning-based approach on a practical, lecture and open discussion format. Lee’s workshops are set up to give you as much learning and experience as possible.
